Ohh...BABY BABY!: June 2012

My oh my,

I cannot believe it - the day has finally come!

J U N E 2 6 T H = M Y D U E D A T E!

We have been focused and centered around this this day since November 14th, 2011 when we found out the great news! It seemed so far away and at times felt as though this day would never come. We are here, we are happy, we are anxious!

No baby yet! Most first time Mommy's don't deliver until a few days after their due date. Dr. Webb gets back into town after tonight - so you are free to come whenever!

I have an appointment this Thursday with Dr. Webb, they will check me and if things have still not progressed then we will schedule an induction to help speed up the process.

WE WILL DEFINITELY MEET YOU IN A WEEKS TIME!!

Little Buddy,

Mommy is now 39 weeks pregnant which means ONLY 1 week until your due date! You are considered full term and could come at any time now : )

We are all excited to meet you & are anxious to see when you are ready to come...

Will you surprise us and come early? Or, are you nice and comfy and will we have to bug you to come out?

We will see very soon!!!

Well...now that I finished my last day at work I have some time to update the blog.

I MADE IT!! Whew, it was getting harder & harder for me to get around and be on my feet all day. It's been very hot and mommy was growing out of all of her work clothes.

The ladies took me out to lunch to celebrate my last day!

On May 5th we had your shower at Grammy & Papa's! It was a great success! We were very spoiled by all who love us! We had most of the family, friends, and co-workers here to celebrate. We ate, played games, indulged in goodies, and opened up all the sweet, generous gifts from the guests!

(Now you can see why I said we were spoiled. Everyone has been so loving and helpful - Mommy & Daddy can't appreciate it enough!)

At 29 weeks we had our 3D/4D Ultrasound done so we could see what you looked like. Once again, WombMates came to our apartment and captured images and videos of you.

At 33 weeks my friend Bekah asked if we would come to her Sonography school and let the students see you via 3D Ultrasound. We agreed & were able to capture these precious photos of you.

From what we can tell...you look just like YOUR DADDY! : )

Once daddy saw these pictures he said he didn't want to have to wait to meet you!

He wanted you in his arms right then.

Last Thursday, June 14th the Doctors office believed you weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces.

They put me on some monitors to measure how you were doing in there.

Great Papa is almost done with your crib. This picture was taken about a month ago. This was before he had detailed it and stained it. Mommy still has not seen the finished project. I'm dying to see it! Papa said it is beautiful!!
